ORDERS, SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDERS & SHIPPING:

Orders are processed and shipped during business days (Monday-Friday).  

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day.  

Orders typically take 3-4 days to be processed and shipped (through USPS).  

Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.  

All orders have a flat rate shipping of $9.95.

Currently, we accept payments through PayPal.  

​

We offer local delivery options:

If your address qualifies, we offer local Long Island delivery for $7.  

When your order is ready, you will receive a notification that it is being delivered.

RETURNS:

​

If any candle in your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can issue a claim with USPS.  

We will gladly send a replacement candle, or we can issue a refund on the price of the candle.  

Shipping fees will not be refunded.  

We do not issue refunds or returns for any used candle.
